Free QR Code Generator
Two kinds of code, your choice. Dynamic points at a ShareCut short link, so you can change the destination after printing and count every scan. Static encodes the address, text or Wi-Fi network straight into the square — it works forever and cannot be edited or tracked.
Style either one and download it as SVG, PNG or print-ready PDF — no account required.
Destinations are screened with Google Safe Browsing — scan with confidence.

URLs become short links; text becomes a minimal TreeLink — so you can re-point the code after printing and count every scan. Free destinations include ads.
Remove ads, edit the destination after printing and see who scans, where and when.

Frequently asked questions
Is the QR code generator free?
Yes. You can create and download ShareCut-powered QR codes as PNG, SVG or print-ready PDF without an account. Free public destinations are ad-supported.
What happens to my link or text?
It depends on the mode. In Dynamic, a web address becomes a ShareCut short link and plain text becomes a minimal ShareCut page, so every QR has a destination you can manage. In Static, whatever you enter is encoded into the square itself and nothing is created on ShareCut.
What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code points to a ShareCut link you can manage, so paid plans can change the destination after printing, remove ads and unlock deeper analytics.
What is a static QR code, exactly?
One that carries the payload itself — the address, the text, or the Wi-Fi credentials — with nothing in between. It keeps working even if ShareCut disappears, and for the same reason it can never be edited or counted. Choose Static when the destination will never change, and Dynamic when it might.
Can I add my logo and a frame?
Yes. Pick a frame with an editable caption and brand color, and add a logo on the paid plans.
Do my QR codes expire?
The QR keeps pointing to its ShareCut destination. If a paid plan ends, the link remains available under the free ad-supported rules.
Are ShareCut links safe?
Yes. Every link you shorten on ShareCut is automatically checked against Google Safe Browsing for malware, phishing and unwanted software, and any destination flagged as unsafe is blocked before the short link is created.
